This unpublished report discusses risk factors for HIV and STI transmission in Ngorongoro District, Tanzania. The document, which included detailed accounts of Maasai social organisation, authority structure, sexual networking and sexual health, argues that virtually all sexually active Maasai must be at high risk of sexual transmission of HIV and STIs.
