In addition to creating an environment in which individuals and groups can explore alternative ways of being and make informed choices to reduce the risk and impact of HIV/AIDS, Empuaan liaises with both governmental and non-governmental agencies to provide and distribute condoms in rural areas. We promote correct and consistent condom use, and work to develop effective, sustainable and culturally acceptable condom distribution networks within villages.
